What countries do we have data in?
All contracts include data in at least the Europe and Americas pools. Data access is managed through policies, so you can assign usage based on your organization’s needs. If you need coverage in more regions, you can add data by requesting a quote directly in the portal.
No data while traveling?
If you arrive in a new country and do not have data, there are a few steps you can try. First, restart your phone. As with a PC, a reboot often resolves connectivity issues. If that does not work, connect to Wi-Fi and contact us via chat in the app, the portal, or our website.

How do I get data outside my home zone?
Telgea keeps you connected on the best networks in 175 countries. If you need data in a country outside your plan, simply ask your IT admin to add it before you travel.
How does Telgea prevent us from bill chok?
With Telgea, you can never overspend. Your data is unlimited, so you’ll always stay connected for emails and messaging. After 50GB of high-speed data, speeds slow down, limiting heavy usage like streaming. If you hit your plan’s limit for calls or high speed data, your service pauses, and you’ll get an email with the option to increase it. No worry and no bill shock.
